Constructive Politics for Christian Organizations

In theory, organizations would be rational entities that make policy decisions through a series of logical, deliberate steps. On the other hand, perhaps a person would suppose Christian organizations make decisions based on prayer, discerning the will of God, or the counsel of wise elders. But neither of these approaches account for the varying interests of individuals nor the means they use to influence one another.
