Much has been made of defining a life-time legacy. Some approaches have you reflecting on your 80th birthday and what kind of eulogies you’d like to hear at such a celebration. For most of us, that’s too far off. Our focus here is much more short-term—on the legacy you leave behind at the end of your current position, which for most of us is about a two- to five-year timeframe.
